TERMS AND CONDITIONS


  • Mudassir Husain owns this website which allows you to buy pixels/grid squares where the net proceeds go to charity
  • The minimum purchase is one grid square which costs 2 British Pounds (1 cell = 10x10 pixels = 100 pixels)
  • Obscene/adult/offensive/sensitive/gambling/alcohol/tobacco images or links are strictly prohibited. We decide what is appropriate for the site. If you submit an image or link that is rejected/suspended, you will have the opportunity to provide an alternative within a timeframe. You will not receive a refund for any downtime or delay.
  • You do not 'own' any part of this website, but rather you are granted the right to submit an image and link which will be published to the amount of grid squares purchased
  • Funds must be fully received and cleared before your pixels can go live on the website, you should provide relevant working email details
  • If your image and link are accepted and published on the homepage, you cannot get a refund and changes will incur a charge
  • You cannot change the image or link once you have submitted them, so you must ensure size and content is correct. Valid exceptions include your site ownership has changed, lawsuits against you, etc.
  • The site intends to hold content for at least a year and possibly more (permitting all is well)
  • If your link is accepted and you later change the content of the linked site to show offensive/obscene/adult/gambling/alcohol/tobacco/sensitive material then your link will be removed until you provide a new one, and you will not get a refund of any kind for the link downtime
  • If for whatever reason in the future you want your image and link removed from the homepage, this may be possible, but you will not get a refund and the space status will change to our choice
  • Images must be the exact size you have paid for (eg. 100 pixels = 10x10 pixels = 1 grid square)
  • Images are preferred to be in GIF, JPG format, and of a reasonable file size. You can use most graphics software to make your image. No animated images allowed
  • Links must be to web pages only and begin with http://
  • You must have the appropriate level of authority to provide the image and link for the website you submit, we are not responsible in any way for content submitted
  • The site is hosted by external providers and downtime and maintenance are beyond our control. There will be no compensation/refunds for matters regarding hosting and we are not responsible in anyway for hosting issues, abnormalities and unavailability of the site
  • Once you have ordered and the funds have cleared (eg. in into PayPal (if available) or bank account), we will aim to get pixels live within 72hrs (please have patience and ensure your email address is valid should we need to get in touch with you)
  • Paypal is a 3rd party payment module and we are not responsible for errors, omissions or transactional errors that may occur. Please get in touch to resolve such issues where possible.
  • Terms of Use are subject to change without notification to users or advertisers
  • We do not accept any liability for damage to Your computer system or loss of data that results from Your use of this Website or Advertiser/3rd party sites and We cannot guarantee that any files that You download are free from viruses, contamination or destructive features
  • Whilst we use all reasonable endeavours to correct any errors or omissions as soon as practicable once they have been brought to Our attention, We do not warrant that the information on the Website itself will be free from errors or omissions
  • We do not warrant that the Website will be available uninterrupted and in a fully operating condition
  • We have the right (without informing) to move and reposition your purchased grid cells to appropriate regions in order to efficiently maximise the space available for other people to purchase space on the site
  • Access to the Website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons reasonably beyond Our control

YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE

You agree that in using the Website You will NOT:

  • use the Website in any way that may lead to the encouragement, procurement or carrying out of any criminal activity
  • maliciously access or attempt to penetrate the Website security measures
  • use the website on behalf of another individual
    • We reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate Your access to this Website at any time without notice at Our discretion

YOUR LEGAL OBLIGATIONS

You warrant that:

  • you are of a legal age to transact electronically in your jurisdiction. We are not responsible for any entity interacting with our website
